Having a marketable resume is the first step in the job search process. A resume
combining both writing skills and marketing forte to present your unique talents to
prospective employers. Learn more about how you can enhance your chances of getting the

Various job search videos are on file for viewing in the Henry Madden Library. Career
Services also houses self-help books on various phases of the job search and other job
search publications involving networking, resume writing, interviewing, dressing for
success and other information.

Each year, employers representing many career areas visit California State University,
Fresno at various career day/job fairs to offer students and alumni the opportunity to
explore career areas and obtain relevant up-to-date information, as well as job offers.
